ドイツより輸入された電気機関車で、国鉄最後の輸入電気機関車となった。模型の伝動装置は河合のインサイドギア方式を採用。動輪は千代田製。
This electric locomotive was imported from Germany, and was the last electric locomotive imported by Japan National Railways. The transmission of the model is Kawai's inside gear system. The wheels are made by Chiyoda.
